The presentation of the Colombian Red List of Ecosystems –RLE (version 2.0) was held last August 16, led by Conservación Internacional, the Universidad Javeriana and the Humboldt Institute.

A new version of one of the key documents for Red List of Ecosystems assessment is now available. These Guidelines aim to support assessors by providing detailed information and examples of how to apply the IUCN Red List of Ecosystems Categories and Criteria.
Ed Barrow has retired as Head of IUCN's Global Ecosystem Management Programme, but this is not a farewell. After a well-deserved break, Ed will continue supporting the RLE programme as a CEM member.
